On September 26, 2026, the School of Energy and Mining Engineering held an anti-fraud awareness lecture in Room 327, Teaching Building 1, on the Shahe Campus. The lecture featured Officer Song Wenming of the Changping District Anti-Fraud Center as the speaker, and was attended by all 2026 undergraduate and 2026 master's students of the school.

During the lecture, Officer Song Wenming drew on telecommunications and online fraud cases in the Changping area, cited a number of real cases in which local university students were defrauded, and explained in detail how to identify and handle such fraud, engaging in interactive exchanges with the students present. Using scenarios based on real cases, Officer Song Wenming conducted simulation exercises with the students and provided an explanation of the relevant law; drawing on his own experience in anti-fraud work, he shared the core principles of fraud identification with the attending students.

The lecture helped students gain a better understanding of the common types of telecommunications and online fraud and how to guard against them. By closely combining anti-fraud safety, knowledge of personal credit records, rational consumption and integrity education, it made the content accessible and practical for students and effectively enhanced their ability to identify risks and protect themselves.
